Deepavali Holiday!?
Hey guys and welcome to another blog post so Lucas and Vitya will be talking about Deepavali!
Lucas’s opinion:I don’t know very much about Deepavali but there was Grade 4 to teach us about it. I couldn’t remember the whole story but I remember the main bit. 13/11/12 is depavali which in the time I’m writing this, is tomorrow. The story was like there was Rama’s wife,Sita,was abducted by the demon king,Ravana. He with the help of the monkeys goes to ravana’s kingdom and Sita was rescued,Rama killed ravana and they lived their peacful life together.Well,that was what I heard.It’s also a holiday which I like!
Vitya’s opinion: Same here, I also don’t know about deepavali until the Grade 4’s taught us what deepavali is. So tommorow, we will not have school because of deepavali. Deepavali looks cool and fun after the Grade 4’s told the story about it. So, what happened in deepavali was that Rama’s (which is someone) wife, qwas abducted by the demon king, Ravana. He with the help of the monkeys goes to Ravana’s kingdom and Sita was rescued, Rama killed ravana and the lived their peace life together. And thats it!
So that’s our opinion or Point of view (POV) on deepavali so yeah!
