Alex's Sports Day

On Friday we had our sports day! Sports day was AWESOME and it's my favorite day of the school year! I think that sports day is great because everyone gets LOTS of exercise.  The events we did were shock put, javelin, long jump, 80m sprint, 200m sprint and relays. Everyone was happy and excited. I think I performed well and tried my best.  When Orchard won I was not surprised because I think they have so many people in their house.  I think my house, Raffles, did exceptionally well.  There was a lot of cheering from the crowd. I liked being house captain because I felt like a leader! I hope next year's sports day is even better!
