Who We Are Debate

After weeks of debate practice in Literacy, visits with the nurse, and preparation within debate teams, our class was finally ready to engage other in final debate.  

The topic of debate: Which gender has the most challenging time growing up?

This week, we have learned a little bit about puberty.  Puberty is a time when you have big changes to prepare adolescents.  I learned that when people start puberty, they have lots of physical changes such as body hair, get acne and more.  I also learned that people don’t need to be shy (or feel embarrassing) about their changes.  If you are a boy like me, you will grow body hair and mustaches.
