On Wednesday, 5DC and 5SB ventured out into Singapore to learn more about the early Migrants of Singapore. The sites that we visited were Fort Canning and the National Museum of Singapore.
From the trip, some old student questions were answered, but we all acknowledged that we could learn more about early Singapore. Currently, the students have taken a question further and initiated a mini-research exercise to satiate their curiosities. Using some old and new IT skills, they have been challenged to put their research together and collaborate using Google docs to write a paragraph about the area they are curious about.
Looking forward to sharing the fruits of early year collaboration work.
